Volvo XC 40 Hybrid selection and delivery to Spain

It was a hot summer, and we had a lot of inquiries. We're sharing another completed case study on car selection.

In August, we received an interesting request from a client. He was looking for a Volvo hybrid crossover in Glacier Silver.

Metallic is versatile, perfect for the urban jungle.
Hybrid cars are currently the most popular in Europe, due to the recent shift toward clean transportation, so the situation is clear here. We also wanted better equipment and low mileage.

We had enough information to begin our search.

When selecting a car, we always prioritize an impeccable appearance and the most complete configuration. We work using all available resources: specialized online platforms, dealer databases, and our own connections in the automotive industry.

Registration process

We spent three days searching for a model that met our criteria.

We found the perfect car at a dealership in Germany. 2022 model, low mileage, hybrid version—all as requested.

We went to the dealership for an inspection.
Our specialists conduct a comprehensive technical inspection of the car, including the engine, transmission, suspension, brake system, and more. They also review the car's service history and legal title.

Following our test drive, we were impressed with the Volvo's chassis setup, handling, electric motor performance, and acoustic design, which mimics powerful V6 engines. The car also had the most complete features.

The next step was sending our evaluation to the client, along with photos and videos.
✅ We agreed to the purchase.

The transaction didn't take long to complete.
🔥Bonus: We managed to negotiate a deal with the dealership to reduce the price of the car, get an additional set of wheels and tires, and extend the dealership's service for two years.

The car was to be delivered to Barcelona. It turned out the client would be traveling and entrusted the collection to a friend. We delivered the car to a parking lot near his home.

Upon his return, the owner was absolutely delighted; the car was already waiting for him at home. His expectations were met; he received his car. He was very pleased with the color, the options, and the discount he received.

Upon arrival in Spain, we also registered the Volvo and handed over the new license plates to the owner.

Result

So, two weeks after the request, the client received a Volvo XC 40 Hybrid in Glacier Silver.
